FAQs

I’ve never done a triathlon before, can I train with you guys?

That’s awesome! Welcome to the sport of triathlon. We hope you become just as addicted as we have. While we love having new faces in our group, we encourage you to get started with our awesome partner, Fleet Feet Sports in Winston-Salem. They offer beginner triathlon training programs in the spring and summer – TRI101, TRI201 and Tri4Women. And as a bonus, TRI Harder’s head coach, Mike Huddleston, is also the coach of these great programs!

  • Tri101 begins in March and targets the 36 North Triathlon held in Tanglewood Park in May. This race features a 300m pool swim, 20k road bike, and 5k run.
  • TRI201 begins in May and targets the Lake Hickory Triathlon held in July. This race features a 400m lake swim, 16mi road bike, and 5k run
