Group Workouts + Training Plan for a Target Race ($45/month)
This membership gives you unlimited access to all of the group run, bike, and strength workouts. The typical schedule is:
- Monday: (Optional) Masters Swim Workout* through Swim Tyde
- Tuesday: 5:45am Trainer ride @Ken’s Bike Shop
- Thursday: 6:00pm Strength training — Locations vary depending on the time of year
- Friday: (Optional) Masters Swim Workout* through Swim Tyde
- Saturday: 7:00am Long road ride during the spring through fall
- Sunday: Long run starting between 6-7am depending on the time of year
Depending on the season, demand, and personalized training plans in swing, we may offer additional group workouts.
You will receive a daily email with your workouts. Your training plan will be provided through a premium coach account via Training Peaks which can be viewed through the Training Peaks app on your smartphone or computer.
Masters Swim Add-On ($30/month)
Need some coached time in the pool? Add on the Masters Swim package to any of the above memberships. Click here for more information about Masters Swim, including the training schedule.
*Must participate in the Masters Swim Add-On to participate in Swim Tyde workouts
Personalized Training Plans (TBD – contact us!)
Have a specific race in mind? Contact us and we’ll put together the best training plan for you. All personalized training plans will include access to group workouts and masters swim (unless otherwise stated) for the duration of the training.
In addition to the physical training, you’ll receive weekly emails from TRI Harder and regular touchpoints to ensure that you are feeling good, both physically and mentally.
